The actual formula is to mix one part baking soda (Aluminum Free) with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir briskly and heat the mixture for 10 minutes at 50 deg C (ignore frothing) leave to cool... Stir then store in wide necked jar... DOSE: one to four teaspoons daily until pH 7.4 is achieved... then reduce dose to one teaspoon daily"
